Orders and Refund Policy

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For your protection, we screen orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing address matches that of your payment method to avoid delays in order processing.

For increase security, we use a third party to handle credit card transactions and we do not store any credit card information on our Site.

Taxes

We are based in Texas and charge sales taxes on orders shipping to destinations in Texas.

If you are a tax exempt organization inside of Texas, please contact us for assistance. We will ask you to send us a copy of your tax exempt certificate and contact you on how to complete the order.

Shipping

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of approved payment.  All packages will be sent via USPS. All orders are sent via media mail, unless a different option is selected upon checkout.  You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

All orders are shipped via USPS Media unless otherwise requested. Any claims regarding delivery charges for overnight or 2-day priority must be made to No End to Publishing within 5 working days.

International Destinations

As of this moment, our checkout currently does not support international destinations.  We are working on having this feature added in the near future.  If you wish to order an item to be shipped to an international destination, please contact us.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 14 days of receiving your return.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@noendtopublishing.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@noendtopublishing.com and send your item to:

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items totaling over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
